“Just start!” 

Baylie got into fitness to become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of himself. What began as a simple goal to move more and feel better soon became a journey of discipline, resilience, and discovering his full potential. Seeing firsthand how fitness transformed his life, Baylie became a PT to help others break through their own limits – physically and mentally. Watching clients realise they’re capable of more than they ever believed is what drives him every day. 

To those beginning their fitness journey, Baylie says just start! You don’t need to be perfect or have it all figured out – progress comes from consistency, not perfection. 

Baylie’s training style focuses on building a strong, resilient, and well-balanced physique while developing mental strength. He prioritises hypertrophy, body composition, and efficient muscle recruitment, ensuring every movement is executed with precision and purpose. 

When not at the gym, Baylie enjoys reading, camping, cooking, travelling or looking after his indoor plants (which are going strong!).

Unfortunately, I don’t have any exciting hidden talents, unless you consider 20+ plates at Sushi Train a “talent”! 

What’s your favourite gym exercise? 

Bulgarian split squats. 

If you were an animal, what would you be and why? 

I’d like to think I’d be a silver back gorilla, but a sloth would be more believable. I like my naps!
