“Get a coach!” 

Mira discovered fitness through the gym while working to overcome eating disorders. The gym not only helped her heal her relationship with fitness but also regain control and confidence in herself. Inspired the impact her own PT had on her, Mira became a PT to help others achieve their goals in and out of the gym. She loves seeing the positive changes she can bring to her clients’ lives. 

To those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, Mira’s advice is simple: get a coach! Having someone to guide, support, and push you beyond your comfort zone can make all the difference in reaching your goals. 

Mira’s training style focuses on strength and functional training.

When not at the gym, you can find Mira trying new coffee places, activities or recovery places.
