Ebony grew up playing sports and loved pushing her fitness to new levels. When she discovered the confidence and strength that fitness training brings, she knew it was something to stick with long term. She became a PT to share her passion for fitness, helping others become their best selves. Watching clients achieve goals they once thought impossible – whether it’s hitting a PB or mastering a new movement – truly fills Ebony’s cup. 

To those looking to kickstart their fitness journey, Ebony says keep it simple, focus on consistency, and build small, maintainable habits. 

Ebony’s training style combines CrossFit, functional strength training, and conditioning. She emphasises well-rounded, practical fitness that supports everyday life. With a focus on balancing intensity and recovery, she helps clients build strength, prevent injury, and achieve long-term results. 

When not at the gym, you can find Ebony reading, walking her dog Lilo, listening to a podcast or enjoying some herbal tea.
