Lara’s fitness journey began as a busy mum of four struggling with self-care. After years of failed attempts with bootcamps and quick fixes, she found the right personal trainer. Strength training transformed her, and this transformation inspired Lara to become a PT herself to help others build strength, confidence, and achieve what once seemed impossible.
To those beginning their fitness journey, Lara’s advice is simple: focus on the basics, embrace discomfort, and find people who support your goals.
Lara’s training style combines strength, mobility, and conditioning, tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle. She fosters lasting confidence, balance, and real, sustainable results.
When not at the gym, you can find Lara spending time with her family, FaceTiming her granddaughter, at the beach or playing an instrument.
