What is the total prize?
A new 2024 Suzuki Jimny XL in “Arctic White Pearl” with an Automatic Transmission and includes a minimum of 10 months’ registration in NSW, SA, VIC or WA, stamp duty and delivery charges.
The Prize does not include insurance, petrol, ongoing mechanical/maintenance costs or any other ancillary costs associated with ownership of the Prize, which must be paid for by the Winner.
What is the promotion period?
Start Date: 14 January 2025 at 12:01am AWST
End Date: 31 March 2025 at 11:59pm AWST
When is the winner drawn?
The Prize will be drawn on Tuesday 8 April 2025 at 12:00pm AWST at Suite 8, Level 2, 216 Stirling Highway, Claremont WA 6010 using a computerised random number generator to ensure that each ticket in the draw has a random and equal chance of being drawn.
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter in the presence of an independent scrutineer.
What are the Eligibility Requirements?
To be eligible to win the Prize, entrants must:
- be at least 18 years of age;
- hold a valid driver’s licence issued by the NSW, SA, VIC or WA governments;
- reside in NSW, SA, VIC or WA;
- be an Active Member during the Eligibility Period; and
- have completed the entry form in the Revo Fitness App using the same email address as on their Revo Fitness membership.
To be eligible to win the Prize in the event of a redraw, entrants must comply with the above eligibility criteria and must have remained an Active Member from the start of the Eligibility Period until (and including) the Redraw Date.
Does my membership need to be active to win?
Yes, you must have an Active Member at Revo Fitness on Tuesday 8 April 2025 to be eligible to win.
Active Member means a Revo Fitness Member who is not an Ineligible Member.
Ineligible Member means a Revo Fitness Member:
- whose Membership Agreement has been suspended, cancelled or terminated during the Eligibility Period;
- who has more than one dishonoured Payment during the Eligibility Period, any overdue payments owing on the Draw Date, or who has not provided valid details for Payment by the Draw Date;
- who is in breach of their Membership Agreement on the Draw Date; or
- who has a complimentary (unpaid) membership, including but not limited to Revo Fitness Staff.
Can I enter more than once?
No, each active Revo member can enter once.
Entrants will be allocated tickets based on their Revo Fitness membership level at 10:00am (AWST) on 2 April 2025 (Allocation Time) as follows:
- Level 1 Member – 1 ticket into the draw; and
- Level 2 or Level 3 Member – 2 tickets into the draw.
Any entrant that is not an Active Member at the Allocation Time will not be eligible for the draw and will not be allocated any tickets into the draw.
Only one entry per person will be recognised for the purpose of allocating tickets into the draw. Duplicate entries will be identified and removed prior to the draw taking place.
Each ticket will give rise to an equal chance of winning the Prize.
