After winning a gold medal in his division for bodybuilding, FJ’s passion for helping others was ignited. Becoming a personal trainer was a natural next step, as he wanted to share his expertise and motivate others to achieve their own fitness goals. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness, FJ is passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. 

To those who are just beginning their fitness journey, FJ’s top tips are start slow, find activities you enjoy, create a routine and track your progress. 

FJ tailors his training style to each client’s goals, and he offers support and motivation every step of the way. For weight loss, he combines cardio and strength training; for muscle building, he focuses on resistance training to promote hypertrophy; and for general fitness, he provides a balanced mix of activities. His approach ensures that fitness remains enjoyable and sustainable for everyone he works with. 

When not at the gym, FJ enjoys exploring new things, reading, cooking and swimming.

I’d totally be a tiger! They’re strong, independent, and super graceful. Plus, they have that mysterious vibe and are great at adapting to their environment
