Growing up, Daniel played soccer until he tore his ACL. His rehabilitation involved gym work to strengthen his knee and return to soccer, but during this time, he discovered a love for the gym and has been training since 2010. Over the years, Daniel’s dedication to training helped him develop good habits outside the gym. He noticed people seeking his advice on training and nutrition, and he found joy in helping them develop better habits and achieve their fitness goals. Being able to support people in reaching their goals and fostering educated life habits gives Daniel a great sense of reward.
For those who are just starting their fitness journey, Daniel advises setting clear goals, starting slowly, and creating a balanced routine. He emphasizes the importance of staying consistent, seeking professional guidance, staying hydrated, and eating well.
Daniel’s training style revolves around the three compound lifts: deadlift, squats, and bench press. However, he takes a personalized approach to each client’s fitness ability, tailoring their workouts to their specific needs and goals. Daniel believes in an educational approach, sharing his knowledge with clients to give them the ability and confidence to perform and train on their own.
Outside the gym, Daniel enjoys playing golf, fishing, and riding motorbikes. These hobbies keep him balanced and highlight the importance of enjoying life beyond fitness.
