During school, Madi struggled to enjoy exercise. It was only after leaving school and that environment that she discovered exercise in her own way and loved what living an active lifestyle did for her physical and mental health. She now wants to help women in a similar situation battling gym anxiety and body image issues to realise their full potential and just how positive the fitness space can be.
For those hoping to kickstart their fitness journeys, Madi suggests starting small – “Rome wasn’t build in a day”. Find what motivates you and stay in that lane.
Madi likes to mix up her training style with a mixture of weight training, cardio and functional fitness.
When she’s not in the gym, Madi loves being outdoors, and all things plants and pets.
