As a shy teenager, Natasha took up exercise to gain confidence but soon realised all of the many other great benefits that came with it such as greater mental health, improved mobility, physical strength, and injury prevention. She now enjoys being able to have a positive impact on others as a trainer and seeing her client’s faces when they hit a PB!

For those new to fitness, Natasha believes consistency is key because with consistency exercise will be as automatic as brushing your teeth! Set small goals at first to create momentum and build confidence for bigger goals in the future. She also believes in finding something that makes you happy to keep you coming back for more.

Natasha’s training style focuses on traditional barbell movements. Her highest priority is to teach the correct way to use the barbell across all lifts including Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and CrossFit.

When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find Natasha listening to a good podcast or audiobook, going to the beach, camping, dancing, or cooking.
