Yohan's interest in the sports industry had started from a very young age. Growing up in Korea, he was inspired to join the Special Forces. He began going to the gym to improve his strength and endurance. Yohan's advice to anyone starting out in the fitness industry is to have a positive mindset and willingness to take on any challenges.

Yohan's training style consists of body composition and strength, with him largely focusing on your flexibility and mobility. Yohan also specialises in building muscle and tone, bringing elements of body building to your training.

In Yohan’s downtime he enjoys playing music, reading books. You will also catch him kitesurfing on the weekends!
