Having always been curious when it comes to fitness, it was inevitable that Victoria would become a personal trainer. After 15 years of ballet back in France, she experimented with many different workout styles. It was in 2016 when Victoria really found her passion and fell in love with strength and resistance training.
Victoria advises that your fitness journey is something that will benefit both your body and mind. Starting with functional training, she encourages setting small goals along to help simplify the whole process.
Outside of training Victoria is a great lover of the arts and is actually a life model for art classes! She is also a massive foodie and loves to cook and try different foods.
