Rosie has been passionate about fitness from a young age, participating in sports, yoga, and personal health practices. She was inspired to become a personal trainer after experiencing firsthand the transformative effects of achieving her own fitness goals. Rosie loves supporting others on their journeys, sharing her knowledge, and motivating clients to live their best lives. 

To those beginning their fitness journey, Rosie advises starting with small, gradual changes – they lead to long-lasting results! 

Rosie’s training style is holistic and functional. She combines yoga, strength, and fitness techniques to create well-rounded sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Her programs often include weekly plans, nutrition guidance, and stress management protocols, ensuring training is both enjoyable and sustainable for every individual. 

When not at the gym, you can find Rosie practicing yoga, at the beach, bush walking or reading.
