“Be consistent!” 

Mike’s passion for fitness was sparked by a lifetime of playing and watching sport. After breaking his jaw playing footy at 17 and juggling a physically demanding job, he found himself in the gym more and more. He fell in love with the process and never looked back. Becoming a PT felt like the natural next step for Mike, and he endeavours to use his knowledge to help others cut through the confusion of health and fitness. 

To those starting their fitness journey, Mike’s advice is simple: be consistent. Whether it’s training, habits or learning – keep showing up and the results will come. 

Mike’s training style is tailored to the individual, just like picking the right golf club for the shot. Every client gets a fun, safe, and challenging session that suits their goals and lifestyle. 

Outside the gym, Mike loves reading, learning new things (especially languages), chatting to people, watching sport, and hanging out with his niece, nephew, and goddaughters.

I can play pool with both hands. But it’s a secret so don’t tell anyone!

If you were an animal, what would you be and why? 

Chameleon, because they are highly adaptable and blend into all situations (PS. I may or may not have a tattoo of a chameleon…)
