Matti’s love for fitness started with sports as a kid – he thrived on competition, no matter the game. Growing up, he was inspired by the great PTs and coaches who guided him, which made him want to do the same for others. Now, the best part of being a PT is sharing in his clients’ wins, big or small.
To those starting their fitness journey, Matti’s advice is simple: take small, incremental steps. Trying to change everything at once makes it harder to maintain, but steady progress leads to long-term success.
Matti’s training style is all about flexibility. Everyone is different, so he focuses on finding what works best for each individual.
When not at the gym, you can find Matti skateboarding, playing video games, boxing or making music.
