Manpreet first got into fitness because she simply wanted to feel better – she was tired, low on energy, and not feeling great in her own skin. But as she moved more, she realised the change was more than physical. It became her time to reset and reconnect. That shift inspired Manpreet to become a PT, especially for women who are constantly putting themselves last. Now, she loves helping them find strength, confidence and control through movement – and watching that inner shift is what she finds most rewarding.
To those starting their fitness journey, Manpreet’s advice is to start small, stay consistent, and be kind to yourself. Don’t aim for perfect – just focus on how you feel, and let confidence build with every small win.
Manpreet’s training style is supportive, realistic, and focused on helping women feel strong, in control, and confident in their bodies. She takes into account how energy and motivation can shift throughout the month and adjusts training based on how you’re feeling – some weeks it’s about pushing harder, others it’s about slowing down and focusing on mobility or rest.
Outside the gym, Manpreet’s into long walks, beach hangs with coffee or ice cream, gardening, reading (in phases), Korean shows or hanging out with friends.
