Ashleigh got into fitness to create structure and purpose during a time in her life when she felt like she needed a reset. Training helped her build better habits and completely transformed her lifestyle. With a background in Exercise and Sport Science and a passion for bodybuilding, becoming a PT felt like a natural step for Ashleigh. She loves helping others transform their own lives and finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey.
To those starting their fitness journey, Ashleigh’s advice is to invest in a great coach you trust and get started as soon as you can – results come from action and consistency.
Ashleigh’s training style focuses on strength and hypertrophy.
When not at the gym, Ashleigh is all about health and wellness. You can find her on coastal walks, at the beach, or fitting in a yoga session.

Not sure if I can choose just one, but RDLs and hack squats were the first two that came to mind!

Probably steak, crispy potatoes and veggies at the moment.
