Amba found fitness at a time when she needed it most. After years of putting others first, training became her way to rebuild confidence, health, and identity. That transformation inspired Amba to become a PT so she could help others experience the same shift. She loves watching clients move from self-doubt to self-belief and showing them what they’re truly capable of.
To those starting their fitness journey, Amba’s advice is to start small, stay consistent, and ditch the all-or-nothing mindset. Big progress comes from stacking simple, everyday wins.
Amba’s training style is casual, kind, and a little cheeky. She combines smart, personalised programming with a fun, supportive vibe that’s never intimidating.
Outside the gym, Amba loves reading, coastal walks with her dog, travelling and trying new things with friends.
