Tom’s fitness journey began like a lot of others, growing up as an active kid playing football and rugby. After the age of 18 when he started going out more and adopting an unhealthy lifestyle, he noticed a loss of confidence and motivation.
Having now been on his own personal weight loss journey and losing 40kgs, Tom loves being able to share his experiences and steer his clients away from the fad diets and unrealistic training programs he himself had unsuccessfully attempted. As a personal trainer, Tom enjoys watching his clients grow not only in physical changes, but in everlasting lifestyle changes too.
For those ready to start out on their own fitness journeys, Tom recommends trusting the process and listening to your coach. Don’t expect results overnight, but do expect to feel 100% better throughout the process.
As a strength and conditioning coach, Tom tailors his clients’ programming specifically to their goals, whether that be fat loss or muscle gain. He believes in educating his clients on creating sustainable habits while having fun and enjoying the journey to their goals.
Tom’s hobbies outside of the gym include martial arts, Brazilian jiu jitsu, coffee and spending time with friends and family.
