Susan's passion for the fitness industry stems from her own journey with mental health and wellness. Susan went from a place of training and dieting in her late teens as a result of body insecurities to falling in love with training. Susan realised that by channelling exercise into an expression of self-love and acceptance combined with a practical and sustainable outlook on nutrition she was able to drastically improve her confidence and quality of life. Susan now seeks to give others this experience and the opportunity to prioritise their whole health.

For people starting their fitness journey, Susan places emphasis on knowing your “why”. Motivation is fleeting and unreliable so it’s important to have a deeper understanding and commitment to yourself if you want to make a serious change.

Susan trains with strength and conditioning in mind. Prioritising compound movements and getting strong and confident in your main lifts.

When she's not in the gym, Susan loves spending time on the coast, hanging out with friends and playing with her dogs.
