Steven got his first gym membership at 16 year’s old after being inspired by famous bodybuilders, and hasn’t looked back since. He now loves passing on his knowledge and habits to his clients, and seeing them change their lives completely for the better through fitness.

For those hoping to kick start their fitness journeys, Steven recommends seeking help. Don't try to do everything yourself when you can learn from a trainer. This will save time, help to avoid injuries and fast track progression. Have a plan in place, a strong goal in mind and show up every time.

Steven loves utilising supersets to get the most amount of work in for a shorter time period. His training style also focuses on free weights and compound lifts at the start of the workouts, and moving into isolation exercises towards the end.

Steven's hobbies include MMA & Muay Thai, as well as spending time with his partner and in nature.
