Stefania Masarin


Stefania has been active since a young age, participating in swimming competitions and hip hop dancing at the age of 12, with her interest later moving into Olympic Weightlifting. She’s now passionate about being a mentor, helping people achieve their fitness goals and changing their mindset to become the best version of themselves.

Her advice for those new to fitness is that making the first step is the beginning - Once you are there, you'll find that at the end... it wasn't too hard! Consistency and effort play a big role in the journey and are the keys to success!

Stefania loves using dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells in her workouts and always tailors the training to her client’s specific goals.

When she’s not training hard in the gym, Stefania enjoys hiking in nature, taking pictures, scuba diving and going wild with her 4x4!

My friends always say that I should become a professional singer!
