Shay found her passion for fitness when she first joined a gym almost 2 decades ago, and her love for weight training has only grown from seeing the progress she’s made to her physical and mental health. She now strives to help other people achieve the same while enjoying a style of fitness that complements their lifestyle.

For those starting out on their own fitness journey, Shay recommends having a clear WHY. Your reason why will be an anchor to keep you inspired and push through physical, emotional and mental barriers along your journey.

Shay’s training style aims to make progress enjoyable while working on strength and conditioning.

When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find Shay baking delicious brownie slabs, reading, spending endless hours at the beach and walking her fur baby, Frenchie.
