Sergio has been involved in sports from a young age, and studied a degree in Physical Education after finishing school. He loves being able to understand how the body works and how we can improve performance and wellness to have a better quality of life. He uses this knowledge and passion to help others achieve their goals of working towards a better lifestyle.

For those new to fitness, Sergio says consistency is the key to achieving your fitness goals.

Sergio describes his training style as focusing on strength, conditioning and flexibility.

As a big cycling fan, when Sergio’s not in the gym training his clients, you’ll find him out on his bike.
