Fitness became a part of Samuel’s life through hanging with his friends after school, aiming to get bigger and stronger. Seeing how trainers could change the training style to get very specific outcomes for their clients fascinated Samuel, and now he loves seeing his own clients hitting their goals and achieving personal bests.

For those new to fitness, Samuel recommends improving your knowledge base and seeking to learn more and more.

Samuel’s training style is centred around athletic performance and fitness to develop strength, speed, power and hypertrophy. He focuses on quality movements that not only help his clients to move better, but reduces the risk of injury.

Samuel loves sports, so when he’s not training in the gym, he‘s out on the field playing rugby.
