With a strong background in competitive sport and an overarching interest in health and fitness, Olivia is passionate about not only maximising her own quality of life through exercise, but also in the lives of others.

As a trainer, she strives to help her clients be their best both mentally and physically. She acknowledges that the fitness journey is no easy road, which is why she advises that deciding what you want to achieve and why is crucial when the going gets tough.

She enjoys mixing strength training with high-intensity weights and circuit training to achieve maximum fitness and body composition. Olivia enjoys spending her downtime in the sunny outdoors with friends and family.
