Growing up, Nina participated a lot of competitive sport. Which lead her to find Cross Fit which she found allowed her to push her limits!

She believes that stepping out of your comfort zone and making small changes will get you a lot further then you think!

With her holistic approach to training she believes that every person requires a unique program. However, she is in her element when she is training resistance, strength and conditioning (including HIIT).

If Nina is not at the gym, she'll be doing outdoors activities with family and friends!

Ugh too hard to choose only one! But if I had to, it would be back squats.
