Becoming a personal trainer was a natural progression for Nick, who has been training for more than 20 years. He found his love of training after being in the army, and now loves training others.

Nick’s training style is focused on body building, using isolation techniques during the workouts.

When he’s not training himself or his clients in the gym, Nick enjoys playing golf.
