Nathan first got into fitness as a way to improve his life on a number of levels to better himself both physically and mentally. Nathan chose personal training as a career to help others better their lives through fitness just as he had, and now loves seeing the people he works with find more confidence and create positive mindsets.
The best advice Nathan would give to anyone looking to kickstart their own fitness journey is to seek professional help. A lot of people get disheartened and demotivated when the time and effort they invest don’t provide a return or they suffer unnecessary injuries.
