Natasha is someone who has identified with sport and fitness her whole life. She believes everybody has to start somewhere with their fitness goals and that accountability is key.

Natasha takes a keen interest in science, which she is currently studying at university. Her passion for science forms a vital part in her approach of teaching functional, compound movements and pairing them with daily mobility and conditioning.

When she's not perfecting a barbell clean to press at the gym, Natasha is emerging herself outdoors or completing another nifty DIY craft project.
