For Milla, personal training was a perfect fit. From a very young age, she led an active lifestyle which then grew into a passion to help others with their fitness. Milla believes the best kind of exercise is exercise that you enjoy: whether it’s hitting the gym, swimming, yoga, horseback riding or any other sport that gets you excited to be up and moving.

Since retiring last year from spending all of her time outside the gym skydiving, this former thrill seeker now spends her downtime doing more ‘normal’ things like yoga, horseback riding, listening to podcasts, reading books, drinking coffee and going on walks with her dog.
