For Milla, personal training was a perfect fit. From a very young age, she led an active lifestyle which then grew into a passion to help others with their fitness. Milla believes the best kind of exercise is an exercise that you enjoy: whether it’s hitting the gym, swimming, yoga, horseback riding, or any other sport that gets you excited to be up and moving.

For those new to the fitness game, Milla believes the key to success is setting specific and realistic goals and keeping the end result at the forefront of the mind. Having a PT and/or workout buddy is the added secret to keeping yourself accountable and making your fitness journey interesting and enjoyable!
