Coming from an active and sports driven childhood, Mel organically gravitated towards a career in health and fitness. She understands that health looks different for everyone, so find what works for you and make it enjoyable.

Mel's training style is diverse. Her focus is on progressive strength training and high intensity circuits. However, she enjoys integrating elements of her (15 years) calisthenics training, to show her clients how to gain flexibility and strength within their bodies!

In her down time, she enjoys yoga and relaxing by the ocean or taking a trip away to some exclusive places!
