Mel's training style is diverse. Her focus is on progressive strength training and high intensity circuits. However, she enjoys integrating elements of her (15 years) calisthenics training, to show her clients how to gain flexibility and strength within their bodies!
In her down time, she enjoys yoga and relaxing by the ocean or taking a trip away to some exclusive places!
