Luke discovered a passion for fitness through surfing and playing football at a young age. He’s a big advocate for making fitness fun through finding activities you love.

As a trainer, Luke considers each individual’s history and goals and adjusts programs to suit different needs and capabilities.

When he’s not working or training, Luke still loves to catch a wave or go stand up paddle boarding.
