Lingees fitness journey started at a young age in competitive swimming, following a few years off whilst completing university. She later found her passion for fitness in Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting.

Lingee understands that everyone is unique and is passionate about teaching you to appreciate your body in its uniqueness and for what it is capable of achieving when starting out your fitness journey.

Lingee specialises in fat loss, muscle gain and female body transformation through creating good habits, nutrition and exercising. she believes in sustainable lifestyle changes and teaching you the tools that lead to long lasting change. She also specialises in strength and conditioning for sport specific athletes, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.

Her focus lies in performing efficient lifting techniques, strength and muscle development, and correcting any imbalances to help you continue to do the things you love well into the future.

In her free time, Lingee enjoys eating food, growing food and making food.
