Liam’s fitness journey started after a lower back injury made him turn to body strengthening and learning how to use his body correctly in order to prevent the injury reoccurring. He now loves helping others reach their full performance potential and get the most out of life physically and mentally.
To those just starting out, Liam recommends focusing on learning new skills in the beginning, to set the foundation for the rest of your progress and journey in health and fitness.
Liam offers a combination of training styles dependent on his client’s goals and abilities, often working with strength hypertrophy and functional training styles.
When he’s not training his clients, Liam loves playing guitar, socialising with friends and listening to music.
