A simple, but passionate journey of Lauren's own experience lead the way to her future in personal training. After joining a gym and incorporating resistance training, she fell in love with the results and went onto study Exercise and Sports Science.

Lauren now focuses on resistance training with her clients. She provides a weekly strength workout using the whole body whilst incorporating an important recovery program. When Lauren is not in the gym, she can be found at her nearest burger joint catching up on the latest true crime podcasts.
