Laura is on a mission to help educate by simplifying the methods to achieve a strong healthy body & mind. She’s no stranger to fitness, she took up dancing and joined her first gym back in 2007 and knows exactly how it feels to walk in and not have a clue what to do.

Laura's training style is highly individualised to her client needs with a holistic approach. She looks at the whole picture to meet your goals and improve your overall wellbeing.

She focuses on strength gain, building muscle, weight loss, rehab/prevent injuries, use correct training techniques, improve posture and improve strength imbalances.

When she is not in the gym, you'll find her exploring some of the best walking trails with her dog.
