Kiri has always been highly active and involved in playing sports. However, after 3 knee reconstructions, Kiri pivoted towards concentrating on the gym for her fitness.
For first-timers, Kiri encourages you to keep it simple. Don’t get overwhelmed trying to achieve it all. Just start with small simple habits and build it from there. If you make it too hard from the beginning then it’s easy to throw in the towel, so be patient and stick with it.
Kiri's training style is focused on small personalized group strength and conditioning sessions where she likes to make anyone, regardless of their level of fitness, feel comfortable and welcome. Taking a holistic approach to coaching and recognising that there are so many other factors attributing to our performance in the gym. Kiri says that training cannot be just considered in isolation, she prefers to help people improve their well-being overall.
Outside of fitness, Kiri has a passion for the beach, meditation, participating in woo woo women’s circles or anything to do with her little baby girl.
