Kerrie first got into fitness to gain the knowledge to train herself, but now enjoys helping others in the gym. She loves the positive mental impact training has and having the ability to pass that onto others.

For those hoping to kickstart their own fitness journeys, Kerrie recommends starting small and building from there. Enjoy what you’re doing and make sure you’re consistent.

Kerrie uses a mixture of strength, HIIT and circuit training to help her clients achieve results in the gym.

When she’s not busy training her clients, you’ll find Kerrie hiking, catching up with friends or trying out new places.
