As a determined team player in his basketball and football teams, Jye understood the importance of training the right way, especially to prevent injury.
Experiencing a few injury setbacks of his own, he became all the more interested in improving his strength and fitness to an athletic level. His passion ignited for training others at achieving peak sport or athletic performance to improve their game!
Specialising in athletic performance, Jye will help his clients improve through power development, motor control and injury prevention work. Or if you're looking to improve your body composition, he train you through the use of full body and functional movements, whatever your goals.
When he's not training, Jye continues to play sport outside of the gym, or you will find him taking some time out to enjoy the beach!
