“FIND YOUR WHY.”

Julian has been into sport his whole life, but first fell in love with weight training when he joined a gym aged 17. Julian doesn’t think anything could be better than working in a gym. He loves using his passion and experience to help others reach their health and fitness goals.

For those new to fitness, Julian understands that getting started is the hardest part. He recommends finding your “why”, for “why are you doing this?”. Set some small goals, start with the basics, be patient and have fun.

Julian describes his personal training style as a mix of strength and conditioning, using weights and technique to sculpt your ideal physique.

When he’s not busy training himself or his clients, Julian enjoys chilling with his friends, family and dog, going to the beach or playing footy.
