Josh started his fitness journey through his involvement with football, tennis, and hockey. Growing up Josh also played chess where he learnt how to problem solve, and in return exercised his brain! These are both important assets that Josh brings with him as a personal trainer.

Josh’s most valuable advice for anyone thinking of entering the fitness industry is to be grateful to know that you are responsible for helping someone achieve a goal.

He believes in simple and evidence based training. As a trainer, he will motivate you but also wants you to have fun doing it!

Aside from going to the gym, Josh is an avid Action movie goer, wedding singer, Pokémon trainer, avid outback camper…., Okay, one of those is a lie. If you see him at the gym or a wedding, ask him which one!
