Jeremy remembers not being able to straighten his arms they were so sore the day after his brother first dragged him to the gym in high school. But he thought it felt good, so he kept going. It wasn’t long before he noticed a change in his physique, and in his confidence. What Jeremy now loves about being a personal trainer is helping others change the way they think and feel about themselves, improving their self confidence.
Jeremy understands that starting a fitness journey can be overwhelming, but recommends taking small steps. Set a big goal, then break it down into smaller, manageable steps which you can nail one at a time to build momentum to achieve the results you want.
When it comes to his training style, Jeremy provides highly personalised small group coaching focused on improving the way people look, feel and move.
When he’s not in the gym, Jeremy loves to keep busy with anything sport or fitness related.
