Jarred was always active growing up, enjoying playing football, martial arts and boxing. He first found the gym aged 17 and from there decided to become a personal trainer. He loves assisting people looking to change their lifestyles gain knowledge and encourage them through their fitness journeys.

For anyone just starting out on their own fitness journey, Jarred recommends learning from people with experience and not comparing yourself to anyone else.

Jarred’s training style promoted body recomposition which focuses on decreasing body fat percentage while increasing muscle mass.

When he’s not busy in the gym, you can find Jarred at the beach, doing Brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, or spending time with friends and family.

I can twerk.

What's your spirit animal and why?

Walrus - That animal lives the dream, just lays on the beach all day. Plus they are really social animals so you have plenty of people to talk to.
