James first got into fitness through finding a committed, fun group of training buddies to keep him accountable. He found the training really helped him improve both physically and mentally, helping to overcome weakness and negative body image. He now likes sharing with others the methods he used to develop his strength and confidence.

James is passionate and strength and conditioning, as well as HIIT training. He believes in removing the ego from training and focuses on training methods tailored to the individual to get results.

When he’s not training his clients in the gym, James enjoys get out and about cycling.
