For Jake, a passion for football when he was younger ignited a general interest in fitness. Little by little, he became all the more interested in improving his strength and fitness so that he could perform the best that he could. He understood how beneficial fitness & health within your lifestyle which pushed him to pursue educating others as a career.
Just as he likes to push himself, Jake’s training style encourages clients to push themselves to achieve their own individual goals. Whether it is to lose or gain weight or improve your general fitness and wellbeing Jake believes it’s also important to enjoy the training and will provide workouts that you enjoy and achieve your goals.
If you don’t see Jake at the gym, you will find him playing for the Claremont Football team or spending time with family & friends. He also likes to spend time in the outdoors doing activities that lead to living a healthy & enjoyable life.
