Isaac grew up playing lots of sports and has always been quite active, but first stepped into the gym with friends around the age of 16. He found going with friends really motivated him to go consistently and enjoyed seeing them all improve and achieve results together.
For those new to the gym, he suggests starting with small steps that you’re more likely to stick with consistently. Once you’ve become accustomed to exercising at regular intervals, the next step is to start increasing the amount you do.
Isaac’s training style is very goal specific, with every program customised to the individual client’s goals.
When Isaac isn’t busy training his clients, he enjoys watching South Park, or getting active playing basketball and beach volleyball.
