Georga’s journey into fitness seemed like an unlikely fit to begin with. She didn't quite enjoy sports or running and indulged in unhealthy food growing up. Later in life, she discovered weight training, this seemed much more manageable for her and soon was fascinated by how the body worked and what it could do.

Fast forward 8 years and training became one of her biggest parts in her life. Now a qualified personal trainer, she has also completed her studies as a yoga teacher and is currently studying remedial massage.

Her training style focuses on teaching people how to train effectively and efficiently to reach their goals and create a healthy mindset along the way.

In her spare time she enjoys practicing yoga, going to the beach and spending time with friends

Do pineapples belong on pizza?

I am not ashamed to say, yes, yes they do!

Favourite Gym exercise?

Bulgarian Split Squat / Romanian Deadlift / DB Lateral Raise - it was too hard to pick 1 :)

What is your go to Karaoke jam?

They always turn my mike off :( Sia - Elastic Heart is my Car Karaoke though :)
