Gareth first got into fitness as a way to boost his well-being, as well as increase his self-love and overall self-confidence. After having a difficult year mentally in 2017 and hitting what he describes as his ‘rock bottom’, he began to form healthy habits to boost his mood and make him feel better. Staying healthy and focusing on his fitness has now become a way of life, and Gareth believes everyone deserves to be guided on how to nourish and take care of their body, to live their life to the fullest.

For those new to fitness, Gareth’s advice is to be patient and have your motivation come from the right place. Creating a healthy lifestyle is not about quick fixes, but adopting a healthy mindset to improve your wellbeing.

Gareth describes his training style as personalised to the individual’s goals, exploring their motivations to strive for long-term commitment to self-development. His goal is to have his clients feel empowered to continue training, and have the confidence to excel in other areas in their life.

When he’s not busy in the gym training his clients, Gareth loves kicking it at the beach, walking in nature, reading, and volunteering to educate youth about mental health.
