For Declan, a passion for rugby when he was younger ignited a general interest in fitness. Little by little, he became all the more interested in strength and conditioning and developed a curiosity about how the human body functions and adapts.

Just as he likes to push himself, Declan's training style encourages clients to push themselves to achieve bigger and better results through building a strong cardiovascular base and strength. When it comes to enjoying fitness, Declan believes you can't beat listening to your body and finding what you love.

Declan also has an arty side and enjoys taking photos, which has allowed him to travel to some of the most beautiful places in the world. He also likes to spend time in the outdoors and surrounded by nature.
