David first discovered his love of fitness and the gym during his later years of high school. Enjoying it so much, he decided to pursue a career in the industry.

David’s most valuable advice for kickstarting your fitness journey is to just start, push through the early struggles and enjoy the journey. His style of training deals with hand-balancing along with gymnastics strength work thrown in for good measure.

When he’s not in the gym, David enjoys going out to indulge in a cheeky breakfast, playing cricket and adding to his ever-growing collection of trainers.
